A blend of mainly Kyushu vegetables (cabbage, carrots, Japanese mustard spinach, radish) are mixed after being dried in hot air. When making miso soup, add the ingredients to hot water for approximately 5 minutes to rehydrate. In addition to miso soup, you can use it as aemono, in salad, and stir-frys.
