how to make
- Soak the dried burdock root and carrot in boiling water. (about 10 minutes)
- Add sesame oil to a hot frying pan, add the drained burdock and carrots and fry.
- When the liquid is gone, add soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar, and simmer until the liquid is gone, and it's done! If you like, you can sprinkle it with sesame seeds to make it even more delicious.
