Ingredients (3~4 servings)

dried burdock root 30g
dried carrot 10g
egg 1 /2pcs
water 1/3 cup
flour 1/2 cup
sesame oil 1 tablespoon

how to make

  1. Soak the dried burdock root and carrot in hot water for at least 10 minutes and drain.
  2. Put the egg in a bowl and loosen it, add water and flour and mix.
  3. Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan, spread (2) thinly, and fry on both sides.
