Plump and Fragrant – Chijimi

Ingredients (3~4 servings)

dried burdock root 30g
dried carrot 10g
egg 1 /2pcs
water 1/3 cup
flour 1/2 cup
sesame oil 1 tablespoon

how to make

  1. Soak the dried burdock root and carrot in hot water for approximatel 10 minutes and drain well.

  2.  Beat the egg in a bowl. Add water and flour and mix well.

  3. Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan, spread the mix from Step 2 thinly, add the vegetables and fry on both sides.
