dried burdock root | 30g |

dried carrot | 10g |
egg | 1 /2pcs |
water | 1/3 cup |
flour | 1/2 cup |
sesame oil | 1 tablespoon |
how to make
- Soak the dried burdock root and carrot in hot water for at least 10 minutes and drain.
- Put the egg in a bowl and loosen it, add water and flour and mix.
- Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan, spread (2) thinly, and fry on both sides.
