Ingredients (2~3 servings)
dried spinach | 15g |
---|---|
dried carrot | 7g |
egg | 2~3 pieces |
how to make
- Shred the dried carrots with your hands or a pair of kitchen scissors, and rehydrate the dried spinach in boiling water. (about 10 minutes)
- Melt the eggs, mix in the vegetables from (1), bake, and it's done!
