It looks fun! Vegetable-filled tamagoyaki

Ingredients (2~3 servings)

dried spinach 15g
dried carrot 7g
egg 2~3 pieces

how to make

  1. Shred the dried carrots with your hands or a pair of kitchen scissors, and rehydrate the dried spinach in boiling water. (about 10 minutes)
  2. Melt the eggs, mix in the vegetables from (1), bake, and it's done!
