dashi | 1 tsp |
miso | 3~4 tbsp |

- Add dried vegetables to water and bring to a boil
- Add the pork when it boils

Remove the scum and adjust the taste with miso and Hondashi, and it's done!
Dried vegetables are boiled once, so it's super easy! You can add lotus root, tofu, okara, etc. as you like.
