Customers who purchase over 10,000 yen of product will receive free shipping. For cash on delivery orders, a handling fee of 330 yen will be charged for purchases up to 10,000 yen.

Order Changes and Cancellations

○Changing/cancelling order details after order confirmation

Order changes or cancellation are possible if the request is received before the product is ready for shipment. Please contact us as soon as possible using the inquiry form. 
Please note that we cannot accept changes or cancellations of orders if shipment preparations have been completed at the time of contact.

Returns and Exchanges

Please check the contents immediately upon receipt of your order.

○ Returns and exchanges due to defective products

In the case of "damage during delivery", "product not as ordered", or "clearly defective product", please be sure to contact us by email or phone within 3 days. (Limited to unopened and unused)

○ Returns and exchanges due to customer's choice

The customer is responsible for the shipping fee for returns and exchanges due to the customer's circumstances such as, "the customer placed the wrong order".
In this case, only the product price will be refunded by bank transfer, and the transfer fee will be deducted.

*In the case of a credit card payment, the payment will be canceled.

1. Click "Member Registration" on the upper right of the screen.
2. The member registration screen will be displayed. Please enter your first and last name, email address and a password.
・If you have an order history with Kira Foods, please enter the email address used when placing your original order, and your member information will be linked to your past orders.
3. You will receive a member registration email upon completion.
