About changes and cancellations

About returns and exchanges

Please check the contents immediately after the product arrives.

○ Returns and exchanges due to defective products

In the case of "damage during delivery", "product not as ordered", or "clearly defective product", please be sure to contact us by email or phone within 3 days. (Limited to unopened and unused)

○ Returns and exchanges due to customer's convenience
