Healthy vegetable fried rice

Ingredients (for 2 servings)

rice 300g
egg 2
cabbage miso soup ingredient 35g
Chicken soup stock (granulated type) 9~10g
Salt and pepper, soy sauce a little
Salad oil 1 tablespoon
Sesame oil 1 teaspoon

how to make

  1. Heat the sesame oil and salad oil in a frying pan, rehydrate the cabbage miso soup ingredients over medium heat, season with salt and pepper, stir-fry briefly, and then remove.
  2. Put the beaten egg in a frying pan and let it cook halfway through. Add the rice to it and stir-fry it with a wooden spatula as if cutting it over high heat.
  3. Turn the heat to medium, add (1) and the chicken stock powder and stir-fry well again.
  4. Finally, return the heat to high, add the soy sauce, mix quickly, and it's done!
