Healthy Vegetable Fried Rice
 
            Ingredients (for 2 servings)
| rice | 300g |

| egg | 2 | 
| cabbage miso soup ingredient | 35g | 
| Chicken soup stock (granulated type) | 9~10g | 
| Salt and pepper, soy sauce | a little | 
| Salad oil | 1 tablespoon | 
| Sesame oil | 1 teaspoon | 
how to make
- 
Heat the sesame oil and salad oil in a frying pan, rehydrate the cabbage miso soup ingredients over medium heat, season with salt and pepper, stir-fry briefly, and then remove. 
- 
Put the beaten egg in a frying pan and let it cook halfway through. Add the rice and stir-fry it with a wooden spatula as if cutting it over high heat. 
- 
Turn the heat to medium, add Step 1 ingredients and the chicken stock powder and stir-fry well again. 
- 
Finally, return to high heat, add the soy sauce, mix quickly, and it's done!
