Healthy vegetable fried rice
Ingredients (for 2 servings)
|cabbage miso soup ingredient||35g|
|Chicken soup stock (granulated type)||9~10g|
|Salt and pepper, soy sauce||a little|
|Salad oil||1 tablespoon|
|Sesame oil||1 teaspoon|
how to make
- Heat the sesame oil and salad oil in a frying pan, rehydrate the cabbage miso soup ingredients over medium heat, season with salt and pepper, stir-fry briefly, and then remove.
- Put the beaten egg in a frying pan and let it cook halfway through. Add the rice to it and stir-fry it with a wooden spatula as if cutting it over high heat.
- Turn the heat to medium, add (1) and the chicken stock powder and stir-fry well again.
- Finally, return the heat to high, add the soy sauce, mix quickly, and it's done!
