A blend of mainly Kyushu vegetables (Chinese cabbage, carrots, Japanese mustard spinach, and onions) dried in hot air. When making miso soup, please put the ingredients in the water. It takes about 5 minutes to rehydrate with hot water. In addition to miso soup, you can use it as aemono, salad, and stir-fry.
