A blend of mainly Kyushu vegetables (Chinese cabbage, carrots, Japanese mustard spinach, onions) dried in hot air. When making miso soup, add the ingredients to hot water for approximately 5 minutes to rehydrate. In addition to miso soup, you can use it as aemono, in salads, and stir-frys.
