Burdock from Kyushu is cut into strips and dried with hot air. You can easily enjoy it at any time by reconstituting it in boiling water for 5 minutes or more. There is no need for troublesome pretreatment (peeling, soaking in water), and the leftovers can be preserved. It can be used for various dishes such as kakiage, kinpira, ingredients for cooking, pork miso soup, and salads.
