Spinach from Kyushu

Contains raw materials from producers in Kumamoto Prefecture. We are also working on our own cultivation. Finished with hot air drying. By drying, there is no peculiar smell or harshness of green vegetables, and you can enjoy it easily just by soaking it in boiling water for about 5 minutes. It can be used for a wide range of purposes, including soup ingredients, boiled rice, gratin, pasta, and miso soup ingredients.
