Spinach from Kyushu

Made from produce grown in Kumamoto Prefecture. Kira Foods is currently moving toward cultivating these vegetables on our own farms. Because they are finished with hot air drying, the vegetables do not have a peculiar or harsh smell that green vegetables often have. Easy to use, just soak in boiling water for 5 minutes. Spinach can be used in a wide range of recipes including soups, boiled rice, gratin, pasta, and as a miso soup ingredient.
