Kyushu Radish Leaves

Made from produce grown in Kumamoto Prefecture. Kira Foods is currently moving toward cultivating these vegetables on our own farms. Because they are finished with hot air drying, the vegetables do not have a peculiar or harsh smell that green vegetables often have. Easy to use, just soak in boiling water for 5 minutes. Radish leaves can be used in a wide range of recipes including stir-fried dishes, vegetable rice, and as a miso soup ingredient.
